While you don't need a ton of support, your challenge is a bit more complex, you may need someone senior to pull up their sleeves and direct the team on behalf of you and get a bit more into the operational side of the business. A mix of hands on, hands off.

This package is for you if you feel the heat a little. This is real talk about your brand. You need someone experienced who can dive quickly deep into the trenches of your world, fix, plan, strategize, course correct ... simply getting it done.
